After , watching Rocinha Pacification, the city's biggest shantytown.
3,000 troops seizing the area, wresting from the hands of drug. After the victory in just two hours, without firing a single shot, I can say that most important words for me this year are:
Yes, we can.
Of course, we all know that the massive operation was part of efforts secure Rio de Janeiro and eliminate bloody drug gangs ahead of the 2014 World Cup and the Olympic Games two years later.

It should have been done ten, twenty ,thirty years ago.
I confess I `ve never understood much about Politics, lobbies, hidden interests...
You can call me naïve, uninformed, I don`t care..
For me, the most important is that

Maybe the word for us should be SELF-ESTEEM, for all we have discovered that we CAN do.

About the words that have been overused: Rehab, change, austerity, pacification, pacified...
And finaly I learned the words FLUFFY!!!,awkward, insurance, "let flow", "doesn't matter"... That's it!
